Project Details

OLF were retained by an existing client to provide a managed building service for the refurbishment of this large private villa. The OLF site management team lead a team of local tradesmen and engineers to deliver this project to an immaculate standard.

The project works included the re-configuration of rooms, the installation of a basement extension, a new spa area, full refurbishment through-out, modernisation of the building’s services and air conditioning and extensive landscaping works. OLF also managed the supply and installation of fixtures and fittings from all over Europe to the client’s specification.

OLF continue to manage the villa, to monitor the works of local service providers and to use OLF tradesmen to complete minor works as and when needed to ensure that the building is ready whenever the client wants to use the property.
