The complete refurbishment of a Grade 2 Listed landmark house in the heart of Belgravia.

OLF was retained to carry out the Main Contract and Management Services for this 14,000 sqft detached house refurbishment on Eaton Square. In order to retain their privacy the client asked that OLF do not to show pictures of the inside of the house. However, the external works have been so extensive and to such a high standard we have included them in our Company literature.

The sub-contractors, suppliers and installers were selected from some of Europe’s finest craftsmen. The principle joinery was supplied and installed by French specialists, the stonework was supplied and installed by an Italian company, the furniture and other specialist finishes were from France, Germany, England and Scandinavia. OLF managed the integration of these trades with UK trades, managed all of the consultants and completed all of the setting out and associated building works. The internal works included the installation of a swimming pool, a lift and new services through out.

The external finishes were all stripped back to the original render and skimmed to a new finish. The external decorative features, dormer windows, balconies and cornices underwent extensive repair.
